BELMONT HOUSE
What was once a small, tired Californian Bungalow, has been transformed into a large, light-filled, family-friendly home. The original property had a dark, dated interior with a congested floor plan.
The block size was very generous so we were able to utilize that and do a substantial extension. The original front façade the owners fell in love with has been restored as with a few internal features, beyond that, the house feels contemporary in nature and boasts a large open plan kitchen, meals, and living room which looks out onto the rear garden beyond.
KDC worked closely with the owners from the very beginning, including space planning, joinery design, exterior colour scheme, tendering the project, project management and furniture / styling.
